My passion is to help you find an experience of your Self that is full of love, confidence and resiliancy; linking you to your strengths and repairing any outdated beliefs that keep you locked in an unhelpful self-image. If you are feeling ready for change, I can help you with tools to release the past and manifest your dreams into reality. My approach honors your worldview and strengths as well as your expressed goals and pace in the healing process. I believe that an experience of Wholeness in the mind/body/spirit connection is an essential part of the healing process. About Me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with a Master's Degree from California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, California. CIIS provided me with a wealth of knowledge and experiential learning in Eastern and Western Philosophy, Religion and Psychology. This has greatly informed the way that I practice therapy, seeing each person's story, struggle and journey through the eyes of a Holistic and Integrative perspective.
With over 20 years of providing therapy services to clients in California and Oklahoma, I have additional certification in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and specialize in treating PTSD, Anxiety, Mood Disorders and Relationship Issues. I also have extensive experience in meditation and energy psychology. My training has allowed me to teach my Clients various ways to enhance a traditional psychotherapy process by involving their spiritual strengths in the process. My office is located in Norman, Oklahoma, I am currently providing virtual sessions online for Clients throughout Oklahoma. The online therapy option adds convenience to those of you who travel, live far from my office, or just want to have sessions from the privacy of your own home.
